I started horse riding again yesterday. Properly that is. I've had a random lesson recently which has reignited something I'd buried for a bit.

It was fantastic, yesterday. Rode my second ever stallion who was an absolute gentleman. I suppose you tend to regard them with a bit of suspicion, even when you're told they are wonderful. Well he was. )

Today my legs want to know why they are sore. I thought I was fit!!

Looking forward to becoming saddle fit.

Well its still early and I'm getting into cervical study. I do love it. Have posted a picture of the beautiful horse I rode yesterday. I am thinking it'd be good to record who I've ridden and heart rates.

Well his heart rate was 36 when he came in, and 32 after a wash down.

I've given up yoga. I've taken up mountain biking again, and trail running. Heaven. Much better than yoga.
